Role of the Principal:

The principal is to ensure that technology is being used within the school to enhance student learning and academic achievement. The principal will monitor the implementation of the chart by setting up a committee comprised of teacher members, instructional support staff, and the technology site representative. The group will meet to discuss strengths and weaknesses within the technology plan, as well to provide support and assistance to any staff member that needs it. The overall goal of the principal is to make certain that technology is being used appropriately, efficiently, and effectively in every students learning environment and to make sure that the teaching staff has all that it needs to be able to uphold their technology responsibilities.
